The rich and proud history of Bourgade Catholic High School is alive more than ever thanks to Class of 1980 alumnus, Mr. Steve Hoza.
Steve Hoza has been the embodied glue and binding for the Bourgade archives for many years. His long list of historical BCHS preservations includes letterman jackets, campus artifacts, newspaper clippings and much more. In Blue Angels Hall and throughout the walkways of the administrative building on campus, Steve's hard work is on display in the form of canvas prints and informational captions that take passers-by on a trip down memory lane.
In October of 2019, Steve adventured to begin scanning all 57 of Bourgade's current yearbooks into a digital format. This project extended well into this spring before reaching the most-recent 2019 publication. After nearly 7 months of scanning over 8,000 pages, the digital yearbook library is up-to-date!
Yearbooks from 1963-2019 are readily available for the community's viewing pleasure, below, and coming soon is a historical newspaper library!
